This year I will attempt to take clay to places it has previously never been, pushing it perhaps beyond what is comfortable. You see, it is always within that arena of challenge of relative discomfort, that I feel most inspired. Within this realm, you will find fresh, innovative alternatives for wall art including multi-paneled wall pieces and provocative sculptural wall pieces as well as stylized dinnerware that is entirely functional and doubles as compelling artwork to display in your kitchens and dining areas. I seek always in my work to go beyond mere decorating to take my viewers on a journey -- one that surprises, entertains and compells us to challenge ourselves.
